Oaks At Woodcreek

I spent in this beautiful and nice Oaks at Woodcreek Apartments for over six years! But I got bad experienced from the office of apartments, when I moved out, I made clean the apartment thoroughly, and I even have a video recording as proof. However, the apartments manager, withheld $ from my security deposit, claiming it was for blinds and cleaning. Of this amount, $ was for four blinds, and the rest was for cleaning. I called to her despite my efforts and evidence showing the apartment was clean, the manager insisted it wasn’t. When I offered to show her the video, she responded that she didn’t have time to watch it. I also mentioned to her by phone call on that time I couldn't send the video via email because it’s too large to share directly. This experience was very disappointing, as I

I spent 1 year in this beautiful and nice apartment! I was happy there and Elena who works in the office were always helpful with any my questions! Any work orders were fixed in 24 hours! The cost for apartments in this area is very good! Safe and nice place with good Neighbors. Thanks Elena for your help and good work! Great Apartments!!! Oaks at Woodcreek Apartment is great. Hello my name is Alla.I have been living in these apartment for a year now ,and I do not have any problems at all. A community director Elain is very nice and helpful person. Also maintenance worker nice and quickly does his job. The location of this Apartments are very good. Shopping Centers are very close. I do recommend this Apartments!!!

I lived at this establishment for 6 yrs and would have stayed if I could. In the six years this little apartments has been good to me, Elayne and Ish do fine job getting maintenance request done in a timely manner. If your looking for a nice small friendly community, this is one community you should look into to.

I been a resident at The oaks at Woodcreek for years and not always be to happy life there. However, the last few years this apartment complex has improved. The manager Elian, has made it a peaceful and friendly place to life in. Also, she and the maintenance guy Isamel, are always on top of the residents concerns and needs such as repairs.
