Oaks at Northpointe

This place sucks. Believe other recent reviews. Cars and their parts get stolen and broken into all the time, and the front office doesn’t care to fix the gate until enough residents call. It’s already enough of a hassle to get your car registered so they don’t tow it overnight, and several times I’ve experienced towing because of the lack of speed of the system and the incompetence of the front office. All times they refused to help or take accountability, zero level of understanding for causing financial trouble. Nor do they care about the actual safety and comfort of residents! When I found mold in our kitchen after living here for a couple months, I was told by the handyman to “just pour bleach on it”. Same situation with the shower lining. just moved to this apartments and so far it has been awesome. shout out to lily R. for helping us make the whole transition and transaction as smooth as possible. the apartment grounds seems well kept. the neighbors are quite and the amenities are great. so far so good. i will update this halfway through my lease. again shout out to the management team specially to ms lily and ms sandy..they were very kind and professional. thank you. *will update in 6 months.

I’ve been living at this place since November and since day one it’s been Hell. First we move in and for about 2 months we had constant roaches because of how vacant our apartment was without them double checking it for us before we moved in. Later we were blamed for bringing the roaches in? Second we had gotten like 10 different answer on how our cracker bathtub would be fixed. First it was “we’ll order a replacement”, two weeks later it was “we’re still gotta order that tub, right now I’m going to put duct tape over the crack”, then it was a note on our door that we have to evacuate our apartment by tomorrow because they would be repainting the bathtub. Since we had less than a day to find a place to be we just sat on our patio with our dog and waited for the fumes to leave. Third it t

These apartments are beautiful! I have not moved in as of yet but I can say that this applying process was less stressful because of Lily! She is awesome and based on her customer service I am confident we’ve made the right choice for our new home!!
