If i could give zero starts i DEFINITELY would this is your sign not to live here. My review is honest, and I’m not changing it. I had my dog before the no-pets policy was added, and it’s unreasonable to expect anyone to get rid of their pet overnight. The way this has been handled feels disrespectful and unfair, and that’s exactly what my review reflects. They also emailed me asking me to remove my review absolutely not I’m not going to rewrite my experience just because I’m being asked to UNPROFESSIONAL. Speaking of that it’s interesting how the no-pet policy seems to be your biggest priority, yet my apartment has had a roach infestation, mold issues, and fading/burned-out light bulbs that still haven’t been fixed. To reply to the reply of the owner: the review is at most truthful as it is. If inspections is really coming through why haven’t there been a focus on the cockroach infestation problem, or the lights, or mold that have been around for about two years maybe more. If you want to follow up with the city’s expectations, you shouldn’t focus on no pet policy and focus into those other issues. Im letting people know that this place is not good.

Things have gotten better! Neighbors don’t play loud music as much now! Roaches are gone, they are making positive changes!

The new manger is very rude she claims corporate want renew my least i ask what was the reason and she not telling me anything but i have until December 31 to move out not.I thought you was supposed to to have 30 days to move out.I been staying out here for 6yrs never had a problem until this lady became manager.And plus my car got stolen out here and they didn't show me They didn't care i need answers asap.I need corporate or the owner to reach out to me ASAP!!!! They used our money to fix up that office

I love the new management. Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Crystal is awesome. Maintenance has improved tremendously. I've lived here going on 3 years. The improvements are great.
