Oakridge Townhouses

I have been here over 13(thirteen) years and I have really enjoyed my stay. The management and staff are excellent. The apartment manager always returns your call back if it is missed and she makes every effort possible to return call and help any way she can. She has a great demeanor and will go out her way to make sure that any and aIl issues are resolved. The staff makes sure that all repairs that are needed are fixed in a timely manner. I love it here, great place to live.🙂

Lived her 2+ years, great management , quick fixes and repairs if needed, highly recommend, family friendly area.close to everything and affordable.

If I could rate this place lower I would. This place is terrible. The only good place about the place is free water, one free cable box and the fact that rent is cheap. But what I’ve learned is cheap is not good. It’s not worth it. No amenities at all. Neighbor is always full of cops and that’s not because their doing normal looks. The office lady is rude and will Lie about you. Please keep docs. With he because she will try nd cheap you I. Anything and everything. The maintenance is terrible you will put in a maintenance request and it won’t get fixed for a couple month and that with you continually calling and reporting the repair. It’s almost time for me to move and I still have broken things that I have complained about. Too cheap for their own good. Car has gotten broken into. Gun sho

Comfortable for the most part of it. Apartment just need to be updated.they are good with maintenance.

Oak ridge townhouses are awesome! The property managers and maintenance men are very professional! Great price for the Charleston area! I highly recommended oak ridge townhouses!
