Oakridge Apartments

Edit. It’s now been a couple of months since I posted the review and this place has gotten worse. We’ve had a broken window for almost 4 months that was caused by their own landscapers and they’re still refusing to get it fixed after telling us. It’s on backorder for four months…… No matter what the repair is, they’ll just say it’s on backorder. They turn off the water about twice a week for repairs and have been doing it for a year and a half this place is straight up garbage . I've lived here long enough to see behind the polished marketing. The reality? Endless water shut-offs, skyrocketing utility bills, and an A/C unit that took FOUR MONTHS to repair. I didn't get to finish my review. As was mentioning. The two ladies who helped us were so kind and helpful during our search for new place to relocate in November. After a long day of apartment hunting, it was truly the best experience we had. They even gave us bagels that were so delicious, and it really added a personal touch! Oakridge is now one of our top contenders. The property is beautiful, and the hospitality made a lasting impression. Thank you again!

Recently stayed here for about two years. I had to move because I needed a somewhat bigger space with the garage for my vehicle unfortunately, I have no complaints for this place. Location is great! Office Staff is absolutely wonderful and willing to answer any questions you may have and always willing to listen to what you have to say. Maintenance was also great. They were always on top of things as well as the ground crew the property was always pretty much kept up. I will miss this place!

We had moved out because we were needing a bigger space and a safer community to live in. Not only were there constant trash like vapes, weed pens, condoms, and etc on the floor (outside )all the time there was constant smokers outside as well who literally look like there dealers. We also feel like we were constantly paying too much for utilities as well. The maintenance team was not the best either. If there was a problem it would take them at least 3 days to come look at it and when they did nothing was being done. I constantly was making a noise complaint on our upstairs neighbors and nothing was ever done so we had to hear them scream arguing every night as well as them slamming the door. I’ve only lived here the past 4 months but I absolutely love it here. The staff is so friendly and helpful and very welcoming. They do stuff in the leasing office for residents which is awesome and me and my boyfriend appreciate so much. I can’t wait to experience the pool this summer as well! I feel very at home here
