Don't live out here if you want even a bit of privacy in your own home. They come in for "inspections" way to often. They nitpick about the smallest things. Like a toy being on the floor! I would definitely suggest not living here
There are children playing in the park...parents right there with them. It is a great neighborhood for single parents with children. Not at all like I had heard it was. I'm pleasantly surprised.
Great place for families! Rent is based on income. Pay gas/electric and no water bill. This place is really helping are family become more financially stable.
Very nice looking apartments on the outside. Didn't go inside so can't give review on that part
It's a nice place for lower income family's that are working and having a hard times making ends meet.
