Won a couple of small items on a Hi Bid auction back in October of 2023, a month went by and nothing was shipped or charged. January 2024, now calls go to voicemail. I shouldn’t have to nag to get answers or product. A delay of a few weeks for personal reasons is all well and good, but repeated phone calls an emails producing no results is unacceptable

Won auction items on Hibid on 2 auctions. Called and gave my CC info for shipping. No items. Call back. Get told they waited to pack them together since was 2 different auctions. Was told his wife would call. Never heard from her. Sent numerous emails. Called and just got a voicemail. I finally gave up. I just saw the items I won re-listed in an auction of theirs that closed today. You found my items and didn't call me but re-listed them? What a joke.

We are buying a house from from them. From the owner to all the staff, everyone of them has been really great through this process. I would recommend them to anyone that is trying to sale or buying. Very trust worthy in my opinion. Very Honest and hard working company. Thank you for all that you all have done those far.
