This company is a joke. Back in the day, k-town snack bar wanted to get out of the lease since they are moving into cmu. No matter what concept we pitched, this real estate company just rejects all the concept we have. And k-town snack bar told us this landlord will accept us if we buy k-town snack bar’s brand for >200k!!!! What a joke. We are not gonna buy K-town snack bar since I know their reviews are all fake in exchange for free desserts!!!! You get a free fish shaped dessert for a fake review. We make way better Korean corn dog than K-town snack bar. Why would I want to buy an empty brand. Their store is empty most of time we went. Yup, never again.

My company which has 3 prestigious locations in the city , looking to expand in the Oakland area. Our owner inquired about retail space personally and was told there wasn’t any available space . So when we saw the property next to Pamela’s available our realtor reached out and was told that based of our web site they didn’t want our barbershop business affiliated with their company. And when asked what does that mean the agent responded “I’m not going to defend myself , I just don’t want that kind of crowd in the space “. That is completely prejudice , without asking for financial reports or anything a reputable company would ask for. We are barbers to The Steelers & so on. Completely disgraceful

We have been tenants of Oakland Real Estate Company for a couple of years now with The Colombian Spot, and Stew Wood Fire Fusion just recently. I can’t speak highly enough of Henry and Brian. They are caring, warm, polite, and with a lot of consideration for us. They take the time to listen to our needs and always go above and beyond to help us out! They truly care for the Oakland community and are constantly trying to bring diversity and different options to the area. We consider ourselves lucky to have them as landlords and look forward to many more years in Oakland!
