Beautiful NEW homes in the perfect area of Winter Garden! Great staff to assist you with your hunt for a new home!
I've heard David Weekley is a top builder but this is the second location where customer service was abysmal. Makes me question the type of builder this is to hire these type of people to represent them. The agent here wasn't friendly. In fact, it was downright awkward. We wanted to look at the homes in this community but felt like we were intruding.
Great home. Lots of nice upgrades. Met the builder. Very impressive. Great community. Beautiful. West Orange Trail runs through the neighborhood. Nice amenities and green spaces and parks.
I cannot speak for David Weekley Homes as a whole, but their consultation team in Oakland, FL is HORRENDOUS, specifically Alyssa W. Awful customer service, discriminated us based on our age, and wrote us off the minute we walked in. Little did she know we have more buying power than our "image" portrayed. I will NEVER do business with this company. A disgrace for sure to the brand known as "David Weekley Homes." Don't waste your time with Alyssa W.
Beautiful neighborhood and the bicycle trail is 2streets away from most house's AND the best views of the BIG lake in the area..OH the homes are amazing!
