It's ran by a slum Lord they moved me in a dirty apartment I had to clean and make ready myself.. the maintenance man is messy he starts drama and tries to mess with every woman moves in.. Everyone needs to be fired and these apartments need to shut down.. The owner is a Asian lady she shows up every blue moon and you try and talk to her about what's going on and she doesn't care all she wants is the rent!!

I went to visit a friend that back parking lot is clean and spacious, but getting into the back parking lot is horrible it's a hump and it was scraped the bottom of your car. The apartments really need to work on that.

This apartment complex is in south Dallas in one of the worst areas and I don't recommend living there unless you don't have any other choice
