Oak Tree Village Apartments

I moved into Oak Tree Village in 2018 and have had an incredible experience. The staff is amazing, and they went above and beyond to help me through a difficult situation when I first arrived. They were incredibly patient with me, and I'm sad that I'll have to move to McKinney closer to work. Bonita has always been caring and understanding with a heart of gold. Anyone can manage a property but no one can manage people like she does. Thank you for all my eight years at Oak Tree Village. I can't finish this without mentioning the maintenance staff and the rest of the office staff who have all been incredibly kind and welcoming.

My daughter and I went in today to view a couple of apartments and we’re greeted by all of the staff with smiling faces. They were all very professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions about the different units and the move in process. The units we saw were nice and a nice size. Thanks for all of your help ladies.

Benita Spurgin is truly a blessing. Her compassion, patience, and genuine care for her tenants shows.She reflect a servant’s heart. She looks out for my son well-being who lives with a disability and keeps him informed of any potential concerns, which gives me great peace of mind. I thank God for placing someone like Benita in his life and in this community. Thanks Benita for all you do!

I’ve been living here at Oaktree village apartments since 2016 and I have enjoyed living here because it’s quiet and they have grocery stores nearby, plus they keeps up with the maintenance if you have need for and the landscaping is always nice and the manager Bonita is very cool and friendly.

I moved to Dallas, Tx the end of 2020. I rented my one bedroom apt site unseen. When I arrived in town it was after hours on a Saturday the assistance property manager at the time meet with me to give me the keys, Management is awesome!! But there is a Special shout-out to maintenance who diligently keep the aesthics of the property looking well kept and welcoming every day!!! Thank you James and Noel, you're awesome!!
