I have had a good experience living here. One thing I truly value is that there are schools very close by, which is a great advantage for families. The environment is quiet, and you can rest without problems, something that is not always easy to find. The management has been attentive and responds when maintenance or information is needed. Overall, the property is well organized and is a good place to live if you are looking for peace and a convenient location.

This is the most amazing place to live! The rental company is understanding and kind, the property manager, who is on site is the most amazing human. He’s always willing to help, if he doesn’t know the answer he absolutely find out for you. I’ve been here over a year and signed a two year lease bc they are stability and treat their tenants as humans. That is something all too rare in these times. Thank you oak tree and RPM management!

I chose Oak Tree in Charlotte for its location, and I haven't regretted it. Everything is relatively close, especially the schools, which makes daily life much easier. The complex is generally quite peaceful compared to other places I've lived. The common areas are well-maintained, and the atmosphere among neighbors is respectful. In my experience, it's a practical and comfortable place to live.

My apartment is very cozy, and the neighbors are incredibly amicable. It truly feels like a tight-knit community, which is something I really appreciate.
