Nothing but lies and unfulfilled promises. Make 100% sure you get any dealings with this company in writing. Make sure you take before and after photos of every inch of your rental. Good luck getting ahold of them at any convenient time even if it shows available online. Pay very close attention to every detail of your deposit and keep record of what they give you and what they owe you. It has been over a month and around 300$ worth of unfulfilled promises in our situation after being told we wouldn’t be charged for the carpet because it was damaged when we moved in but still got charged a cleaning fee for it when it needs to be replaced. I’ve lived here for the past year and it has been amazing. They keep the lawn and buildings clean. The maintenance man is very helpful and so are the office ladies.

Management is great and very helpful. If you have any questions all you need to do is ask. They are freshly renovated and clean when moving in; if you have any problems or emergencies; maintenance is on site. The main reason why I moved in is because it’s gated, quiet and they have a courtesy officer that lives here. Also everyone is very friendly it’s more of a community than just a complex. They even had a contest for best decorations for Halloween and Christmas. They do allow pets, and you will see many people walking their dogs (the owners are very friendly, & they make sure their dogs are socialized); management also even gives out treats for them.
