Oak Springs Villas Apartments

My gran has lived here for about 9 years now. Not much to really say. It's perfect for an active senior citizen and close to good stores and such. She's been in good hands since. My only gripe is the gate access. If they are gonna do that then it should be on the left side if the property instead of the right.

Convient place to be for independent person. Easy access to bus line, grocery store, Walgreens. Management changed and access to community room changed and maintenance response can sometimes be slow.

Manager does not care for her residents. Requests for repairs are constantly ignored. No maintenance person on site since November 2018. Residents are left on their own to try and fix things the best way they can.

Senior living. Needs gate by the back fence to make going to the store and library easier for the people who live in the back half of the building. And a small playground for the grandkids

Looked nice and smelled clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Performed with Smooth & EZ Dance of Texas
