Oak Springs Apartments

2 month here: The doors could be in better conditions, theres a bit of a whole on the entry door and sometimes mosquitoes get inside. Overall, I like it here. It was clean when we got the apartment and administration is nice, when I ask for maintenance I get the work done fast. Edit* I lived for nearly a year, and it was a really nice experience, except for one time that they had the pool closed for like weeks with no explanation. I would recommend.

If you can’t afford anything else then I guess go ahead and settle here. Management does not care about your concerns and it takes them 6 months to finally address something. I’ve been living here over a year and since I’ve moved in there has been an infestation of cats. I’ve called multiple times and management seems unbothered about it as they can’t do anything else except get them spayed and neutered, which would be fine if my neighbor would stop feeding the masses so that they continued to find home there. I’ve told them and they’ve even told me that they have received multiple complaints of same neighbor feeding them but yet have done nothing. I called them yet again about the situation because it had started jeopardizing my health as I am allergic to cats and normally I don’t go outs

Currently helping my brother get situated here he just signed his lease last week. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. The other reviews are right this place is a ROACH MOTEL. He is $80 into roach baits and other products. We just went to Home Depot again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T DO THIS TO YOURSELF. The pictures are just half of what I took. ROACHES AND MOLD MOLD

It was a roach motel in on steroids in our apartment. We had a infant and my wife was pregnant during our time here which made it worse for them. We would leave the kitchen and turn off the lights; 20 mins later we come back in kitchen and turn on the lights and there was HUNDREDS all over the kitchen. We showed the management videos and photos and they did NOTHING!All of us were sick all the time. It was so bad that we have to break lease to get away for health concerns especially to my pregnant wife and my infant child. When we moved out, they didn't even reach out to me to pay the fee; they just sent me straight to collections. We are mildly allergic to cats and they were everywhere. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My brother lived there with his pregnant wife and kids, and he is a VERY clean person. However the roaches were TERRIBLE. Thousands of them everywhere. He took pics and showed them to the office, all they did was sent maintenance to spray. The spray doesn't work at all. So he fumigated the apartment while on a trip. I went over to air it out when it was finished. The roaches covered everything, and the living roaches were eating thier dead friends. They were sick all the time due to the infestation. I'd go over and used my flip-flop and kill at least 100 each time. I didn't even want to take off my shoes due to never knowing if I'd step on some. EWWWW!!!! The pool was green most of the time.
