Oak Ridge Apartments

Worst place to ever consider moving to. Fire prone, tents leave building doors open, trash in halls and around buildings. Tents have no respect for people who have jobs, blasting music and arguing at all hours of the night. Landlords do nothing to solve problems leaving you no choice but to move. People constantly stealing packages and you can’t find out who it is because they don’t have any working cameras what so ever. A complete death trap since a fire happened in building smells of smoke almost 6 months later.

PROS: apartments have potential , and maintenance was always quick when it came to plumbing issues or lockouts. CONS: It is like living in the projects/ ghetto, I had a maintenance guy walk in my apartment ( unlocked the door and everything) with a lady and her daughter while I’m sitting in the living room in a house gown!. He walked in the wrong apartment trying to do a showing. The tenants are loud, messy, sell drugs, let there dog poop wherever, dogs even run loose in the building hallway before, The amount of cigarette and weed smell is disgusting, You hear domestic violence all day everyday, cops are constantly at apartments, they have cameras that don’t work, people constantly leave the main apartment doors propped open for just anyone to come in, you pay for parking spots that o

I hate it here can’t wait to move. Charging $50-75 to park knowing you can’t park on Robinson Blvd. Gives no grace period on the rent you will receive a 10 day notice on the 2nd. They’ll take your money gladly but do nothing regarding your quality of living and when you complain you get told “if you don’t like it you can move”. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone move here.

Man I’m tired of living up here the amount of noise I hear is crazy then I got a neighbor underneath me always arguing and fighting with a dude den there was a fire at the building thank god that there a fire station right there cause other than that me and my baby stuff would’ve been destroyed luckily I have renters insurance but it like nobody said nun the Maintenance people didn’t even know there was a fire it took for one of the Residence to say sum out of all them other mfs in there like I don’t feel safe with me or my baby dere they leave doors open like anybody can come up in there it sad

Wouldn’t recommend nobody living her they got a ant infestation and my house is clean ants crawling in my cabinets can’t even take a shower in piece in my bedroom in my living room ughh I can’t wait to move I don’t even wanna stay here until it time for me to go just disgusting
