Oak Park Manor

I have family members who live in this apartment complex. It is nice and the grounds are well maintained (except for the backyards of the townhouses) which seems to get overlooked repeatedly but they tell me that maintenance is very unreliable and the office never returns calls. So Frustrating! Most recently , one of the Oak Park Manor maintenance technicians told them that the property that this company owns in Troy have No issues with maintenance. Their maintenance issues are addressed immediately, that's a huge contrast compared to Oak Park Manor work orders. According to my family members , they have work orders that have been pending over a year and when they inquire the only response they get is "it's still pending". This is unacceptable! I think the property in Troy gets more attent

The staff here is amazing. Rose and her team Regina and Ashley have the best bubbly personalities, they kept me laughing as if we were old friends. I think I’m going to live it here. Cheers to a beautiful year and great staff!🥂🍾

I had a major issue with my furnace this Winter. To their credit, the Oak Park Manor staff quickly went into problem solving mode to resolve the issue for me and my family. Ashley went above and beyond to get the contractors on the scene as soon as she could. But before that, the maintenance guys, Clea and Carter, had already accurately assessed problem, which made fixing the entire situation move along even that much faster. On another note, the management crew of Regina, Niecey, and Rose are always helpful, friendly, and welcoming whenever I stop by the office. I truly feel like I can approach the staff if I have an issue. Great team overall!

HORRIBLE!!!! Been here 5 years too long. Each year service worsens. Maintenance team is basically non existent. Office staff trained to lie! Random increased charges. My place is basically falling apart and no one cares! One problem after the next, wishing my lease ended tomorrow!

I’m trying to figure out how this place has 4 star ratings. They have the worst maintenance crew you put in an order and they mark it as completed and the work is not done. They are quick to call tenants when rent is late but yet to fix the problems in our homes I have spoke with several neighbors that’s going through the same thing we need to call corporate at this point. It’s one lady in the front that’s rude I’m so sick of this place I can’t wait until the lease is up.
