UPDATE: Was denied with a 620 credit score & nothing on my name never had any evictions! I wish I would’ve known management seems like you’re bugging them . I went to tour this place filled out the $65 application plus the $200 holding fee which is kinda high for a basic apartment. They really only charging you for basic paint updates. To be honest I don’t think it’s worth $1,200 with no central air. I had to keep contacting them that’s where my frustration comes in at . Look around before making a decision trust me it something BETTER out here. My leasing agent was Sarah & Nicole nasty attitude & customer service I only heard from her one time during this whole process.

Tim was amazing. Down to Earth, straight forward, and informational when he showed me the apartment. I wish he could’ve shown me every apartment in the area. Apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Neighborhood was gorgeous and clean. Thank you Tim!

Doris was so welcoming and informative. She had great knowledge on the property and showed me both the apartment t and townhouse option. Her positive demeanor and professionalism stood out compared to my past experiences.

Doris was so friendly and helped us so much. We had a bunch of questions and she answered them all. The places she showed us were really nice and we had a good time with her, she was very charismatic and kind.

I worked with Ms.Ashley Jackson about a month ago, she was the leasing agent responsible for showing us the property. Her customer service was unmatched, very personable and knowledgeable about the property and other services available in the community. I would highly recommend her if you are in the market for an apartment or townhouse. You want someone that’s going to work hard for your future next home contact Ms.Jackson she will not disappoint.
