Laundry mat is closed today the maintenance people refused to bring the stove, fixing mailbox and garbage disposal in the morning because they are lazy to do it on the list.

I have been living at Oak Park for 47 years. I have experienced 20 or more property mangers come and go since I have been here. Shalonda has been the best property manager for Oak Park. She gets things done. The entire upkeep of the property has improved. Doesn't have the ghetto feel anymore. Parking lot conditions have changed. People aren't just hanging on the property has they used to. I would recommend this property.

I have been at Oak Park for almost 2 years. I haven't had any terrible experiences. I live for the annual cookout every summer and I love that everyone around here looks out for one another. My neighbors are nice and friendly but yet minds there own business. We always have different contests around the different holidays and the first time I participated I won 1st place which was a brand new 50 inch smart tv. Thank you Shalonda and Necole for all that you do!

Since I have been living at Oak Park the last 9 years, I have not had a property manager like Shalonda. Since she has been on board all of my maintenance concerns have been address and the property looks a whole lot better. Maintenance has improved. Upgrades are considered and performed. The violence in the neighborhood has decreased. Staff is always in the office and available for issue and concerns are always address. I will highly recommend anyone to live here. I will be here until the brick fall down.

Update on living at Oak Park. I have been a resident since 2008. I have seen a great deal of improvement in office staff, grounds, and maintenance. I really enjoy the contest and summer activities. This is been a better living experience this last 3 years. Hats off to Shalonda and Necole.
