Oak Park Apartments

I really like this place. It's between Chippewa and Watson, so there's plenty around to do. Also, the property manager Melissa has been fantastic. She is really helped me figure everything out, including how to write this review LOL. The apartment is sizable enough. I got a two bedroom, even though I'm by myself, so that I could have my own separate office. So, all in all, everything is pretty good. Highly recommended

I have been living here since August 2025. The office ladies are always helpful and super nice. My apartment is small but well insulated and I love it here. Maintenance is usually very responsive. I would recommend this place! Melissa in the office is always sweet, caring and understanding.

Do not live here management is a joke .We've experienced totalled out vehicles from the river that runs along the property. Bullet holes inches away from our bedroom just into our apartment siding. Lack of fulfillment promises to install security cameras and to have a more safer environment.

DONT MOVE HERE They offer you a discount on your rent (that they keep raising) just to write a good review and mention “Melissa” who doesn’t EVER answer phone calls or emails, rarely bothers to text back. Had a/c out for 3 weeks and they took their time coming to fix it. Dog poop and trash EVERYWHERE. ROACHES. CAR BREAK INS EVERY MONTH. NO laundry on site and the pool is hardly ever open, when it is it’s not clean. Don’t bother. Look up “cedar creek” for old, real reviews. Save yourself the headache. Anyone I’ve talked to regrets moving here & signing lease.

The process was very easy and convenient being from out of town. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Maintenance is timely and efficient no matter how small the job.
