When I grew up here this area was a s*** hole. The torn down and built this beautiful place if they maintain I live nearby and I take my dog to the park to play Frisbee all the time here. Definitely better to look at in the old eyesore. Here's a picture of my boy at the new park they built down near this Oak Park area.
Jessica discriminates against people she grew up with which is against the law. I will be reporting this to HUD. She also blatantly lied to one of my tenants that is trying to rent from there due to financial reasons. She told them this person it was no longer income based and only 3 people can live in a 2 bedroom. Which is a lie. The law is 2 people per room. I do not know where they find their managers, but they need to screen them better.
