Villa Del Rio is a great place to live! As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, I really appreciate the well-appointed fitness center and the large swimming pool. The surroundings are kept immaculate and the residents are friendly, and because it's a gated community, it is a safe and calm environment. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Hands down, best place I've ever lived!

I am so happy to have landed here at Villa Del Rio! At first sight of the inviting pool and the well-maintained grounds, I felt this was the right place for me, and when I saw my apartment for the first time I was blown away by the spacious floor plan and modern kitchen. Before I even unpacked, I knew I'd made the right choice. I love my home! I love lazing by the pool and being able to walk to so many stores and restaurants — and the other tenants I've met have been so welcoming, they've truly made me feel at home. Villa Del Rio is the best!

Cleanest and most beautiful complex in Paso Robles , have lived here a number of years and it’s very close to may amenities for your daily life, even close to downtown life. Beautiful views of the river close to your front door. All occupants are very friendly and welcoming. Helen the property manager will treat you like family and welcome you with open arms! Highly recommend this location .

This apartment complex is a great gated community to live in. Have live here for many years and it definitely has it perks. Awesome property management and top notch maintenace. The units are spacious, insulated well, good appliances, good natural lighting, and energy saving products. A must see if in need of a safe, clean, and quiet complex.

Cleanest, nicest apartment complex in town. I love the super insulated walls (better for noise, staying warm in the winter and cool in the summer). The pool is pristine year-round and the property manager (Helen) is a rock star. No issues here.
