Omg big big shout out to Amelia!! She's great when it comes to communication, attentiveness, and getting you settled in comfortably! The apartments are clean bug free and peaceful. Full of friendly children that welcomed mine with open arms. If I could give more stars I most definitely would! She works with different apartments as well. All NICE! Give Amelia a call. I would not recommend this apartment community, especially for elderly residents or people of color. During my time here, I witnessed and experienced treatment that felt dismissive and unfair. Elderly tenants were often spoken to disrespectfully, and their concerns did not seem to be taken seriously or handled with the care they deserve. There also appeared to be inconsistent enforcement of policies, which raised concerns about bias. Some residents seemed to be treated differently than others, and it created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. In addition, basic living conditions have been unacceptable. The hot water has not been working for the past couple of days, and there have been ongoing issues with roaches. These are essential habitability concerns that should be addressed

Alicia. Was helpful, very friendly and kind. I'm not feeling well and even helped me carry all my luggage all the way to the 3rd floor. She is so patient, very nice and professional the whole time. I'm speechless. I'm really touched by the friendly professional service they gave me. I honestly recommend people to come here. They have friendly staff including the managers. They are amazing 👏 people indeed. God bless them all. I'm really I chose these apartments. Thank you so much for your professional and kind service.

This place is joke. I would highly recommend staying away from here. It take three weeks to fix my a/c. I can’t even get them to replace my door it’s got crack at top of my door so hot air constantly coming and my a/c constantly running. Some my door like my bathroom door and closet door don’t even shut all the away and they still haven’t fixed. I have put in multiple request in to fix all this and they have done nothing. They also tried to get my to pay double rent because they lost my money order. They also charge you way to much when there so many things wrong with these apartments. Make sure you inspect your place before you sign and get anything fix before you move in. Because once you move it take them forever to fix it.
