I really liked my experience at Oak Manor! Manager Alyssa answered all my questions and cared about what I want in an apartment!

They panted the building inside and out. I've lived here 9 yrs. Management fine. Neighbors average. Parking curious.

Not a whole lot except for the management at EMC they r great people and its not them which is why I'm given my rating,its the freaken weirdos at the oak manor apt,with the exception of maybe 3 people who live in the building. My neighbor upstairs Glenn Miller has been stalking me for 7 months and one of the most noisiest people I have ever seen ,the guy doesn't know how to just mind his own freaken business and tries to listen to any conversation I'm having ,can't stand the guy with a passion ,let's just say I look so forward to moving when my year lease is up .I have never felt such a uncomfortable feeling in my life as I have here in my apt. At the oak manor apt.

Smells like a hotel. Hallways are kept decently clean.
