Oak & Iron by Trion Living

I have been here almost 3 weeks. Lovely flat. Modern, clean and spacious. Great location backing on to Center Street wetlands and very close to parks, grocery stores and eateries. Excellent facilities on site and in unit. The management have been so helpful; Dulce went out of their way to get me the keys early, even when they were sick! I have had some interaction with Mario and Rene in Maintenance who have also been helpful. I looked at several locations in the immediate area, and this is my favorite.

I lived in this community for nearly ten years, and for a long time it truly felt like home. The area is pleasant, peaceful, and filled with kind residents. Parking is always available, and the location is exceptional, right in central Beaverton, close to shops, MAX, the Beaverton Transit Center, and the Halal markets. There is a small neighborhood park nearby, beautiful scenery, and the overall environment is calm and family-friendly. During my time there, I formed friendships that I will always keep close to my heart. I want to express my appreciation to the people who genuinely support the community. Mario, the Assistant Community Manager, has been understanding, fair, and reliable. He communicates well, follows through, and puts real effort into keeping the community functioning with

I’ve lived here for going on two years by far. The best apartments I’ve ever lived in the staff is great. I love this place. Also, any issues that I have with my unit is dealt with right away for instance, I put in a maintenance request for my batteries to be replaced for my keyless entryand Kai was here within five minutes and had it done. I highly recommend these apartments.

We looked at a lot of apartments near here. This place was our first choice and we are so happy about it. Mario and Dulce are the best! Facilities are very well taken care of. You can also get an amazing view of Messager Creek!

My 1 bedroom apartment is spacious for the price, and I really like it. Mario was exceedingly helpful and personable throughout the entire application and move-in process. The parking here is good, and the road it is situated on is pretty quiet. There's also a wetlands nearby the complex that is very pretty. Beyond that, there's a ton of stores and restaurants close by--it's right next to Cedar Hills.
