Oak Hollow Apartments

530 sq.ft, 1 bedroom for $975, 700 sq.ft, 1 bedroom for over $1000.00 is a rip off. These are older apartments, ugly on the outside, nothing outstanding that sets these apartments apart to justify these prices. These prices are prices of the nicest apartments in Longview and this complex is not even close to being considered one of the nicest in Longview. Seems very greedy and out of touch with the market value of apartments in Longview. $700 lower end apartments to $900 bucks for nicer apartments is standard for a 500 sq ft apt. $1.17 sq. ft is median range in Longview. 700 sq ft apartments range from $750 to $1100. $1100 being complexes like The Southerly or Wellington Grande. These apartments are not even close to being in the same category as these 2 complexes. This apartment complex

On first glance, these are nice apartments. I personally lived in the 1-bed 1-bath and thought the layout was very cute with plenty of space. The problems began almost immediately after moving in unfortunately, the office staff tries to be nice, but neither seems like they know what they are doing, and have contacted multiple times while at work to help them figure out who cars in the parking lot belong to. The floorboards under the carpet are coming up, and you should always be able to hear your downstairs neighbors. Maintenance requests are slow to be completed as my fridge has now been broken for nearly three days, with no update on when this issue will be resolved. They claim to be pet-friendly, but there is broken glass embedded into the ground surrounding the majority of the pet clea

Maintenance is always ready and able to fix any issues. Usually same day. Friendly office staff and neighbors are good. Apartments are a little dated, that's why 4 stars instead of 5. Going on 2 years and never have i seen a roach. The office staff are incredibly helpful and nice. No noise issues.

Nice apartments. There a little old but clean. 2 pools and a tennis court. The best part about it is the location.... right off the loop. 5 minutes from everything. 2 bedroom 2 bath for 740 a month. Not bad for longview.

I had an appointment for 4:30. No one was in the office. The maintenance guy came by and said they were running around in the golf cart. Waited for 15min and no one showed. Don't schedule an appointment if you're not going to be in the office and if an unexpected event occurred at least call back later or give a heads up that something happened and ask to reschedule. I left work early for that appointment and got nothing out of it.
