Just moved in about 3 weeks ago. The property management is unlike any other. They have made the entire moving experience so stress free. Everything was able to be taken care of online. The application, the lease agreement, & even paying the rent! All done from the ease of my home. They truly keep the property well maintained inside & out. They are helpful, caring & fair. This may actually turn out to be my "forever home". My new neighbors are a great group of people too. Over all I am somewhat shocked because I've never lived anywhere that has had everything just right like this place does! Thank you JAG Properties!

I moved in august 2018 with my rent at $500/m (YES I KNOW THIS WAS A SMOOTH DEAL EVEN THEN!) By March 2021 Venture communities took over the property. Raised rent to $650/m by June 2021 (that was understandable to me) then by September raised my rent to $910/m. That’s about a 70% increase over the course of 6 months?! Maybe if my apartment got renovated like the others, I would’ve felt more inclined to stay. But 4 years here, people steal my mail, laundry, literally someone stole just my ORANGE T shirt that I obviously know was there out of my load.
