This place lacks leadership and proper management. I’ve filed multiple complaints about the same issues—both in person and over the phone—and I continue to get the same response: “We’ll take care of it as soon as possible.” Nothing ever changes. My biggest concerns are the lack of maintenance regarding HVAC upkeep, tenants smoking in a non-smoking establishment, and the overall lack of customer service. My HVAC unit is disgusting. The coils are gunked over and in dire need of cleaning. I know this because maintenance accidentally left the HVAC closet door unlocked. The air filter is lying on the floor because it’s too small for the unit.
