From day one, she stayed in contact, and helped us make decisions that were crucial in negotiations. We could tell she wanted to make sure we were not getting into a bad position or in a bad house. Just sold our house in Elizabethtown after living there for about 17 years. I just retired and my family moved more than 400 miles away. Josh Raynor handled everything, talked us through all the details and "what ifs" with great patience. And got us more than we hoped for. Called for an appraisal to sale. After repeated attempts and left messages finally caught someone in the office. Sent out an agent who promised to get back in the next couple of days and we never heard from him again. Will not return calls after multiple times of leaving a message. Very unprofessional run business!!
