Oak Crest Apartments

Infested with german roaches for going on three years is ridiculous. Hamilton properties says that they are only responsible for the every 90 days which the guy sprays for less than five minutes. The rent keeps raising each year with no incentive to do so with rent now at $700. Nothing is being remodeled and it's outdated. Management doesn't care about the tenants and it's ran unprofessional.The rent was raised last year breaking the yearly lease because they didn't have a landlord hired to keep up with the paperwork. Instead of having someone from the hamilton office fill in while they hired a new landlord the tenants got a surpise increase in rent breaching the yearly lease contract. When asked why they stated this was the most up to date paperwork because they didn't have a landlord hir

The rent is pretty reasonable but this is one of those times when you get what you pay for. Certainly not the worst place in Sullivan to rent from but these apartments are looking rundown and it appears to have lack of general maintenance. But from what I can see the residents have decent yards and clean patios. They do make you pay for a background check, which is nonrefundable no matter what the situation is. First and last months rent plus a security deposit, same as everywhere else.
