Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this company! Not only is the company hard to work with they will NOT fix the place at all if you rent. Went an entire year asking for the ac unit to be fixed to witch one person was sent out to put a band-aid on to hold it over until it broke again because as the tech said "This is a very old unit and they don't even make parts for it anymore" still not fixed by the way. The basement has LOADS of issues such as gaps in the exterior wall has and 1 section is leaning inward that is causing the door to fall off along with a shoddy threshold that will not allow it to close properly. Also the floors in the house bow under any weight because of lousy support. Would not have rented from them if time was not of importance. The shady things that this com

We did not have a especially good experience. From the start we got the impression that while the agency was suppose to represent both parties, the sellers' interests were of more concern than ours. The agent was changed and things got a little better until closing. When the new agent announced that she didn't bring flowers or candy for us but was going to have the house cleaned. This never materialized. We are still waiting for them to collect their sign and lock box from our porch.

Filled out a rental application and the fee wasn’t taken yet so I am assuming it hasn’t even been starting the application process.. I have tried contacting you guys multiple times including texting calling and emailing.. so I am resorting to leaving a review to get a response hopefully! Will change review once in contact ! I heard good things about this company
