Oak City Apartments

I LOVED living at Oak City Apartments! Excellent value on the rental prices, and the facility is undergoing renovations for a new gym space. The pool was clean, quiet, convenient, and a fun oasis tucked away off capital blvd. I loved how conveniently close everything you need is in the area. When I didn’t have my car, it was totally ok because everything was close walking distance or close to public transportation. The staff and maintenance were friendly, caring, and professional. Great value living in North Carolina!! Would highly recommend. Beautiful landscaping. Nothing compares to the tall ceilings we had! Spacious living!!! I absolutely loved the large windows and view from my place. Dog friendly! Gem 💎 of Raleigh!

I love Oak City. I've lived here for 14 years. The new management is great. The manager Cam is awesome. The maintenance team is nice and friendly. It's a better environment. Plus they are making changes to the property as well.

Update: Moving out I still owe them 600 something plus my deposit for carpet “distruction”. Ive added my images below. Just want to warn anyone with moving in! I was warned from neighbors that have left that they add extra charges when moving out. And I was also charged. Being a resident in this apartment complex for two years. I will not be renewing my lease. Larger model apartment . Very spacious and alot of windows for natural lighting. Office and Maintenance staff are great and very quick to work on work orders. Close to everything. But with that being said alot of trash flies into my porch and door. However , I have a parking lot right in front of my door. Im unable to park in that parking lot and have to walk across the building and park on the other side. I parked in the parking

The worst customer service I have ever had in my apartment search. There was a sign on the door that said they would be back from lunch at 1:15pm and when we arrived it was 1:30pm and they still had the door locked. After we stood out side the door in the cold while it was snowing for 10 mins then one of the maintenance guys came to ops the door for us. The security did not get up from her chair and told us to leave because we didn’t have an appointment and did not want to give us quotes of anything and every question I asked she was acting as if I was stupid when they were standard questions. That secretary should be fired because she would rather eat McDonald’s and take a 2 hour lunch instead of sitting down with potential renters.

This is by far one of the greatest communities I’ve lived in and that’s why this has been such a hard decision to move. Because I’m getting married in a month, The decision hasn’t been on my own. This was my first community in North Carolina and will always hold some of my fondest memories. I will always recommend you to anyone looking for a great place to live! The respect and consideration that I have received has far exceeded my expectations. They all deserve a promotion! Thank you for as safe and clean living environment!
