I'd give it zero stars if I could. Started off fine minus the cockroaches. Then they found a leak under my apartment went in one day with a few hours notice, tore up the kitchen covered my apartment in dust and dirt then left. My shower now no longer drains and nobody responded to my calls so no shower for me for 5 days while the standing pool of muddy water in my shower attracted all kinds of bugs. What a nightmare. TL;DR: astoundingly incompetent service, disregard for tenants, cheap dirty bug infested apartments. Just stay away

This is the most disgusting place every!!! The property manager Kimberly Diaz rolled out of bed to show us an apartment that had food left in it from the homeless people that had been living there. The door was broken as it was kicked in, the floors are buckling, the walls were nasty, it smelled like someone that had not showered in a year, there were bugs, the faucets had no handles to turn the water on, the stairways are dark and dirty, the counters were covered with some kind of film. The property IS NOT sanitary or livable!! It is NOT SECURE!!! We have filed a complaint with the State of Texas Fair Housing and with TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). This is the most disgusting place ever! Roach infestation the entire year I lived here, my kitchen had a hole in the ceiling for over a month cause of lack of quick maintenance, our dishwasher smelled like mildew the entire time cause of a lack of proper drainage, and the most inconsiderate landlord I have ever spoken to. DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE. There are much better apartment options in Lubbock.

Do NOT rent from this property. My AC and garbage disposal were constantly broken, my heater was broken, and the amount of time it took to fix these problems, as well as a complete lack of communication from the management of the property, was unacceptable. The air conditioner has been broken for over a month and a half now, and no progress has been made, even though I am paying a higher rent for central heating and air at this location. I am not going to be renewing because of these issues, I suggest you find another place to live, or think twice before you sign a contract here.

Disgusting apartments. Roach infestation, broken utilities and crappy management/ maintenance. 4 months with a broken garbage disposal and toilet management was informed and continued to ignore the problem.
