I recently called Danielle to discuss listing some land I personally own in Benton County. I explained that I had purchased the lots and owned them free and clear. Instead of listening, she wrongly assumed I was wholesaling and immediately accused me of engaging in illegal real estate activities. When I clarified that I buy and sell land as an investor in Arkansas — not a wholesaler — she rudely asked for my name, threatened to “report me,” and hung up the phone. I have never experienced such disrespect from a supposed real estate professional. Danielle’s conduct was unprofessional, unfounded, and offensive. Proceed with caution if you choose to work with her.
