We worked with Blythe Parker as our loan officer for our recent purchase of a townhouse, she is fantastic! She communicated very well, was very engaged with us through the process. Was available for questions and was super proactive in anticipating underwriting needs. We also had Kate Lukacs as our loan processor and she made that underwriting process breezy and less painful, we loved working through this process with them by our side! Thank you immensely!!

As a first time home buyer, this experience was very up and down. I am sure my experience is not a reflection of the whole company I am just speaking from my experience. Jose's communication was terrible, we spoke about it and he said he would fix it but it did not change for the better! I spoke with his manager Allison and she was not much help, she made excuses and I understood we weren't the only people buying a home but it was unacceptable. My realtor had to relay messages instead of the NVRM team. This is business and I know sometimes in business things go astray but the communication could have and should have been better. None the less we are finally in our house! I would rate it a -10 experience if i could.

Anthony is fantastic. Easy to talk to, excellent at explaining everything, straightforward and easy to work with. Fast to answer all questions and overall a really positive experience. Mariana was awesome and explained everything. Both were quick with answers on emails and phone calls. Everyone was great and the loan is straightforward and simple. It was a very positive experience in every way.
