Adam and Steven were great to work with. It all started with Jenn Carter and finished with Amber processing my closing. Adam Croft my project manager was a pleasure to work with. I recently did a home loan with NVR Mortgage and they are amazing. All the loan officers are great but I highly recommend working with Adam Sowder if given the chance. He spent countless hours walking me through and explaining various loan options and showed the pros and cons to each so I could make an informed decision. We built a new home with Ryan Homes and went with NVR Mortgage as our lender. There are a lot of great lenders in the peninsula area, but our experience with Adam at NVR was excellent. Adam was a great communicator, and the process was transparent. We did our homework and looked at multiple lenders, but NVR was able to offer the best combined rates and incentives.
