NVPM Property Management Services

Honestly these guys aren’t perfect but neither am I 😂, they are however, great property managers. I have been renting with them since July, so not that long, but long enough to have some things pop up, and overall, I have found them to be responsive, helpful, and take care of things in a prompt and quick manner… This may change as time goes on, but overall, I’m really happy with them as a management company and would thus far recommend them! This morning at 4:30 I had an issue with both toilets in both bathrooms and obviously I was upset but they got back to me in a very prompt and quick time, plumbing company that they called out was great and they were also prompt, nice and friendly. Thanks for being so helpful NVPM!

They always took forever to fix issues at the property we were at. They would not let us bring in our trash a personal dryer and washer at the beginning of move in due to the owner not wanting to store them. Yet when the owner decided to sell they refused to fix the washer/dryer because it was not their responsibility. Anytime we called people did not answer the phone call. Very difficult people to work with or get a hold of.

Asked for a showing on a property. They didn't have anything available for 2 weeks. First they scheduled me for a federal holiday. Then they rescheduled it. The showing day comes around and they text me telling me that the approved applicants are viewing the property at my appointment time. I tell them "I am that showing, " to no response. I show up about 15 mins early. The property is a mess. I see the leasing agent pull up and she doesn't hop out to greet me. I wait by the front walk and another prospective shows up. The leasing agent takes them through first. As I'm waiting another prospective lease shows up! Making that 3 they scheduled at exactly the same time. I don't appreciate my time being wasted and if you don't either choose somewhere else to rent.

I have been using NVPM Property Management to manage my four unit home for seven years and I've only had good experiences with them. They handle accounting and maintenance exactly as I would, efficiently and quickly, and they obtained excellent renters for me over the years who never defaulted on rent. Now that I am selling my property, they provided cleaning and rehab management that took a lot off my plate. They hired excellent subcontractors to paint and install flooring perfectly and on time. I highly recommend working with NVPM for property owners.

Communication is terrible and practically nonexistent. My mother had multiple problems in the unit (no heat and malfunctioning breaker for laundry) and no one could get a hold of Nic because the phone is an automated system. Now it’s the 21 day mark and she has not received her deposit or any communication regarding it.
