NVHomes at Tanager Woods

Lindsey our sales rep and Jackson our project manager have been amazing to work with. This is our third experience buying a NV home. Linsey was so helpful when we were picking the finishes for our new home. Jackson gives us weekly, if not more frequent updates and posts pictures for us so that we can check the progress of our home. We can not wait to move into our home and meet our new neighbors in Tanager Woods

Every step in our new home purchase at Tanager Woods had been a breeze. We selected the Kingston model and let me tell you, the building of this house was an experience! Lindsay Knoll offered professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern in making sure our build was what we wanted. She is now a part of the family. Our family appreciates her along with the Project Manager, Jackson Duffy. I am glad we chose Tanager Woods in our new home hunting. Very impressed with the home options that were presented to us as well as the pond built behind our lot. Don't know how many lots are left but this community is a place to settle. A+++++

Everything about our new home buying experience at Tanager Woods has been above our expectations. Lindsay Knoll has been nothing short of amazing she went above & beyond to ensure that our purchase went smoothly and that we were happy. Lindsay had made our home buying experience stress free ,she is extremely responsive caring & has extensive knowledge of Tanager Woods community. NV Homes builds a beautiful home. Our project manager Jackson also has been great sending us pictures & videos answering all of our questions though out the build of our home. Building a new home can be an extremely stressful event. But working with Lindsay, Jackson and the NV Mrtg team made our experience with NV homes at Tanager Woods in Lewes a lot less stressful. Our Sales Rep, Lindsay was very knowledgeable, organized and accommodating. Once Construction started, Jackson; our Construction Project Manager, kept us informed on a weekly basis. Jacksons tremendous work ethic and pleasant personality made the construction process a lot less stressful. We have previous experience with other builders in the area but did not get the level service that NV home provided. We are extremely satisfied with our new NV Home @ Tanager Woods.

We entered the sales office at Tanager Woods on a lovely fall Sunday afternoon…without an appointment…and walked out new home buyers!! Our great blessing was due in large part to the knowledge, expertise and sincerity of the NV Sales Associate, Lindsay Knoll. Lindsay has been with NV Homes since 2008 and that meant a lot to us. Her longevity showed through in all our dealings with her. Tanager Woods felt like a place where we could be happy and content in the next phase of our lives. We look forward to the coming several months as our home will be built and meeting new folks and journeying together.
