NVHomes at Ponds Edge

Floors in our Executive NV home (4 yrs old) all creak on second floor. Tiling installed in 2 bathrooms and laundry room cracked in multiple places. All concerns regarding creaking dismissed as “settling” until warranty expires. The home flooded the day of settlement due to pipes not properly installed, after closing we came to find our new hole with holes cut in the ceiling and fans running in the foyer. Owned previous new construction at significantly lower price point - no issues compared to this. Would never consider another NV home. Avoid.

We had an excellent experience with the Ponds Edge staff (Jeannie and Karen) from the initial introduction to finalizing the deal. Jeannie is very patient and professional in explaining all the details, which is incredibly helpful for new home buyers who have no idea what to expect. The cadence of her speech reminded me of my chemistry teacher. Karen is very enthusiastic and optimistic, guiding us around and answering our numerous questions. Jeannie our sales person was super professional and easy to work with. Super flexible and very knowledgeable about our new home and development. Josh our project manager was super responsive on all of our questions and is great with follow up. The home turned out beautiful and looking forward to seeing the neighborhood finished. It’s going to be a great neighborhood. The new owners all seem so nice so far. A mixture of young families and couples downsizing like us. We are very happy so far.

BEST new construction neighborhood in Media! The NV Homes team is amazing. We moved into our new home in Feb 2022. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the new construction process. Their years of experience helped guide us to ensure that our entire wish list became a reality! The project management team was very knowledgeable and walked us through every corner of the home making sure we knew every detail from quality of materials to warranties to home maintenance. The team are truly community builders - Even after moving in, they still wave every time we drive by, stop to chat on a walk around the neighborhood and hosts events to meet our neighbors! Beyond thankful that we found this community - especially during this crazy housing market!

My boyfriend and I purchased a home from NV homes at Ponds Edge in March 2022. We found the home in early January and the sales team was amazing at walking us through the process. The neighborhood is beautiful and the perfect location for commuting on 476, getting into the city or shopping in Glenn Mills. We absolutely love our first home and are thankful for such a smooth transition. The feeling of being in a new, well built home is amazing!
