My experience with NV Homes has been mixed. Jordan, our sales agent, was excellent—professional, responsive, and consistently provided great customer service throughout the process. He is truly an asset to the company. Unfortunately, the overall buying and design process felt very restrictive and “nickel-and-dime,” especially for a high-priced new construction home. Many items that seemed like basic, logical choices were treated as unnecessary upgrades. For example, changing fixture colors triggered costly upgrades across the home, yet similar items (like the kitchen faucet) were excluded without a clear or reasonable explanation.
