NVHomes at Gerst Farm 55+

I’m so excited to be part of Gerst Farms 55 in Perry Hall! The sales team at NV Homes, Madisyn and Natalie have been responsive, competent, and enthusiastic . They are always willing to answer any type of question I might have. Since I signed on to purchase in this neighborhood, the process has been smooth and orderly. Madisyn efficiently has navigated me through each step in the process. In addition, the sales team has arranged several mixers for new residents to get to know one another. If you are at all interested in an active adult community, please give this one a look. It will have many amenities, such as Pickleball, a yoga, studio, a gym and even a dog park. We have been excited about seeing Gerst Farm for months, and it has exceeded our expectations! The homes are spacious and beautiful and perfect for our "othersizing" needs, with ample storage, a first floor master, and high-quality included features in addition to the many upgrades available. We wanted a neighborhood with easy outdoor maintenance and walkability to shopping and dining, and we weren't willing to compromise on a stylish beautiful home. NV will be providing us with both! Natalie Middleton made us feel like family from the moment we first talked to her! She is knowledgeable and passionate about her work and is warm, caring and so very friendly. She has done everything she can to make our buying experience easy and enjoyable. We can't wait to move into our beautiful new villa!

My husband and I just signed a contract for our new NV Homes Villa. Gerst Farm Villas has everything that we desire in a retirement community. Beautiful, luxurious homes in a parkland setting that adds comfort, relaxation, and peace of mind. Madisyn is so wonderful to work with. We are in the process of purchasing the Manchester Model at Gerst Farm in Perry Hall, MD. Our experience working with the NV people has been exceptionally good.
