Chapel Springs Apartments

This place was built very poorly with low quality materials. They didn't take any care to do things properly the first time or ensure that the air vents were clean before residents moved in or that all of the appliances were functioning properly. The parking lot is atrocious, they installed a huge barrier down the middle of it so that the residents have to walk all the way around the already large parking lot. Keep in mind this is a senior living facility and should have easily accessible parking. There aren't even enough spaces for the residents and there are only five visitor spots at the very back of the lot. The prices continue to go up every year even though quality of living is going down and the square footage is not worth the cost.

CHAPEL SPRINGS WHAT A PRETTY NAME FOR SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE. walking distance to all your needs. the Staff is very nice, always with a smile, in spite of how busy they are,In the office there are two ladies, Chawnta and Nicole helping you with your application answering your questions, etc..making sure everything is running smoothly. Then there is Kellly, with her mop, vacuum, duster making sure everything is spotless, last but not least Bart keeping everything in good working condition. they all have at all times a pleasant disposition..The tenants are very nice always wanting to help each other, just like a big family. I call it HEAVEN ON EARTH.

Beautiful apartments. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. My dad loves this place. From Bocce to billiards and meeting room to the convenience of local stores and shopping...this place has it all. They need more places like this.

This is a very nice apartment complex for the elderly.
