Wonderful experience working with Wilma (sales) and Kevin (construction PM), who I understand are working at NV's West Chester and Huntington Valley sites in sales and as the PM there respectively. Anyone looking to purchase there, will surely have a pleasant experience. Both Wilma and Kevin were very transparent, and very flexible throughout the process (as much as corporately possible). Although we were not new to the home buying process, but new to the home building process we had many questions to start -- their patience, attention to detail, nad responsiveness throughout was magnificent!

Chose this home for designs and convenient location. But we deeply regret choosing NV Home. This builder did not fix the problems pointed at the time of the final walk thru first making excuse of pandemic. By the time they started fixing the problems with warranty period extention, only minor cosmatic thing like a painting and coaking jobs. But major problems like damaged front flag stones and air condition unit they promised at the walk thru were denied to be replaced. For the land scaping problems of 14 dead shrubs were supposed to be replaced but took time and passed 1 year warranty period, but finally by the time they came to replace, 12 more ever greens were dead. In the hot day of June, they only replaced ever green shrubs not prior 14 shrubs. But they were all dead again along with

Beautiful homes! Really extremely beautiful, very clean, sharp, modern look. I love the open living room into kitchen, high ceilings, crown molding, walk in closets and pantry, newest hard wood floors on the market, and the list goes on! I only withheld the 5th star because the one thing the houses lacked was warmth, I don't know if that's because some of them didn't have families living in them yet but even the ones that were occupied just didn't feel cuddly warm. I'm sure that doesn't matter to alot of ppl but I'm one of the ppl that like to feel like I could curl up on the couch with a blanket and that be ok. I want ppl to feel just like that when they enter my home and I didn't get that feeling in these houses, no matter how comfy the furniture was! They are gorgeous homes tho.

One of the worst and make poor quality homes. Do not buy. Highly recommend because I am living in one and everyday one major issue goes on.
