After being in communication with the leasing office, I was able to schedule a tour of the apartment about 2 weeks ago. You definitely have to be persistent when it comes to getting into contact with someone, because they're not always likely to respond back... with that being said, I was essentially ghosted after sending an email post-walk through of the unit where I addressed some concerns, including how the doors were dinged up & unpainted, screws were missing from vent structures, & a strong sewer smell was coming from under the bathroom sink. My hope was that these things could be remedied prior to move in, as I stated in the email, but I was never responded to. 3 days after sending that email I sent a follow-up email to make sure my first one was received. Never return calls or emails to potential new renters which is 1 star worthy in my eyes. You are losing potential new business and our money will be taken somewhere else because your staff refuses to respond to inquiries.

Cute place to live but they really cheaped out on the building materials. The place is built for low income people but the rent is overpriced to the point of being outrageous.

Great place to leave 🙂 everything in order and very cleaned area.
