Nuvo at Park Place Apartments

We’ve lived here for almost 3 years & have loved it. The complex is in such a good neighborhood with tons of places within walking distance. Marilyn & Victoria in the office are always super helpful with any issues and work quickly to get anything resolved. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to move in the area!

While transitioning from a difficult situation to my own apartment Nuvo made it very easy and painless even while I wasn’t able to view the unit prior to moving in. They have been understanding and respectful. The maintenance team is fantastic as well and have been prompt. My overall experience has been top notch. Thank you Nuvo and team for giving me the opportunity.

Highly recommend Nuvo at Park Place Apartments in Dallas! Safe and overall great area to live in- only a few minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. Their apartments are beautiful, the staff is friendly and they’re very diligent about keeping the common areas clean and presentable at all times. Love it here!

I toured some apartments here and Victoria really helped me and was patient with me until I found the apartment I liked which a studio. Also the apartments are very close to a lot of restaurants and shops in the areas everything is walking distance. Overall very nice property it’s well maintained and it’s in a nice area.

I moved in August last year and I love the space. Management is nice and they communicate very well. The area is quiet and the grounds stay clean.
