Nutley Manor

There is nothing better than living in a small community where it's easy to get to know your neighbors in passing. Living alone is amazing but the sense of community is everything I need. We just had our laundry facility redone not too long ago and it turned out great. The management team is wonderful and easy to get a hold of even though their office is not on the property.

Nutley Manor is the perfect place to live if you want to be within walking distance of Nutley’s cute little downtown area. But it’s also quiet enough that you don’t feel like you’re near the center of town. As a young woman, I find this to be the perfect place for me to go on walks and feel safe.

I wish I could give more than a five star review for this place. I was frantically searching for an apartment and no one would answer their phone! When Nutley Manor answered they were immediately ready to show me an apartment and welcome me into this cute little community. As soon as they heard that I was in a rush to find a place they got the ball rolling and communicated with me throughout the whole process.

Recently moved into Nutley manor and it’s a really cute community. It’s in a quiet area but still close downtown Nutley. The apartment is spacious and there is an adorable community cat that roams around!

I visit friends at this complex often. I noticed a big change in the property. It's always so dark. No lights working in parking lot. The garbage smells and I actually saw rats around the garbage. Who ever is maintaining the property isn't doing anything. The place is falling apart!! It use to be beautiful And I thought about renting, but not anymore. Whoever is there now needs to do his job. Disgusting!!! There must be a new maintenence guy now Because it never looked like this month's ago!!! I'm disappointed. Always wanted to live here. Love the area. But needs attention!!!! And to your reply, there's no on-site management. Today there were so many shopping carts all over the complex. Looks terrible!!!! Was there visiting today 2/4 and it's freezing. Where's the heat!!
