To whom it may concern, I am writing on behalf of my aunt, a long-term resident managed by Nulf, to address a series of serious concerns. My aunt, a senior citizen with significant health issues, including recent heart and hip surgeries, has consistently paid her rent on time, often months in advance. She also has an emotional support animal and is a respectful, quiet tenant. Despite her reliability, she has faced multiple failures on Nulf's part to uphold their responsibilities. Recently, she requested snow removal from her driveway, a service stipulated in her lease, to attend a doctor's appointment. Despite providing 24-hour notice the driveway was not cleared resulting in damage to her vehicle and a $500 insurance deductible. Nulf has refused reimbursement, despite photographic eviden

Where to begin. First of all, my main gripe is that *communication* is seriously lacking across the board. Even during the application process, it felt like when they reached out first, we needed to reply swiftly, but never the other way around. As we got closer to our move-in date, things went radio silent until we reached out about scheduling the lease signing, then we were immediately met with bad news: the house flooded and a pipe burst. They had known for days and waited until we emailed them since they hadn't answered calls or texts. My previous lease was up in 6 days without any opportunity to renew, so I was in a jam. I will say that when I requested a call, Kelly did schedule it and call us a day later. We were offered a refund or a new property with a fast tracked application, s

We rented 9226 Valley Street from Nulf Management since 2020 and it has been a nightmare. Upon move-in, the house was filthy and smelled of mold. Over five years, the neglect only got worse. Major Maintenance Failures: A cracked bathtub leaked "profusely" into the kitchen/dining room and took over a month to fix. The main floor has holes and cracks so severe we have to avoid stepping on certain areas to avoid falling through. The exterior stairs are rotted, slid down a hill, and currently block the garage—Nulf has ignored requests to fix this. Safety & Health: We have black mold in the bathroom; their "solution" was to leave the window open at all times. The house has no insulation upstairs, forcing us to run space heaters 24/7 to keep pipes from freezing, resulting in a $1,400 electric bi

Nulf Management seems to reply to their bad google reviews faster then most emails almost as like their trying to protect their image. I’ve been reaching out to them for days via call and email due to an infestation in my home where I have a child under 1 in. I’ve got no response nor a call back. The only representative that was actually helpful was Michelle she did tell me she’d call me back once she spoke to the property manager but I’ll assume she didn’t speak to him because that was 2 days ago and I’ve yet to get a call back. I’ve demanded to be transferred to a different property after learning my home was infested with RATS NOT MICE RATS I don’t pay 1,000 plus and all utilities to live with rats with an infant. There so comfortable in our home I caught them playing in my 9month olds

I am the cosigner for my mother because she is on disability. After paying $100+ (55 for each) to do the applications was rejected 2 weeks later and with a long list of why that made no sense. We have been in the same apartment for 15+ years. My credit is like 500 plus and hers is like 600. We have no criminal history + my mother just got custody of my niece so she can't have a criminal history. So my mother been calling asking why so that we can know and so we can fix it so the next time we apply for a place we'll be good but they really have been ignoring her calls or keep rerouting her or keep telling her they don't know so talk to this person and then that person never answers or called back. If you're going to reject someone tell them why you are rejecting them, don't send a generic e
