This place is gross and unprofessional. Youll be accused of things you didn't do then no apology afterwards. Youll get threated to be kicked out if you ask if they are stupid. Most people who live here live in fear. Maintenance will manipulate you into giving a good review but then if you call code enforcement because you cant use your shower since the day you moved in. He will follow you to circle k and threaten you. Theres roaches and mice and alot of spiders. The plumbing is out dated and the windows make an electric bill very expensive. When the wind blow you can feel it inside. No one here is professional and its the worst place you can live. Youll get cussed out for no reason. And get treated very awfuly even when you do nothing. I just applied for an apartment home here and although I have yet to get a decision I just want to say Chelsea Calles is a fantastic breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service! She walked me through everything single step of the application process and answered all of my questions with grace and in a timely manner. She was educated on the entire process and had no issue with my 1 million questions prior to filling out the application. I am confident she will do everything in her power to get me approved. Even if I’m not accepted to live here I want the world to know that the property manager here is absolutely fantastic and truly has the best personality. My experience living here was HORRIBLE and HORRIFIC. I do NOT recommend. Please be VERY CAREFUL believing the positive reviews that have been posted. Management manipulates people into posting positive reviews by offering rent discounts, etc. However, management is VERY negligent. They consistently make empty promises. Rats and roaches are present. Infestations are not addressed even though you are charged monthly for pest control. Their only priority is collecting rent from you. Anything else you need will either be extremely delayed and you will have to contact them over and over or it will just go unaddressed. Make sure to document everything and know your rights as a tenant. I suggest not moving here at all.

Chelsea was very prompt and quick with getting things handled for me to secure housing in such a small amnt of time! Forever grateful and thankful, so far no complaints with my unit completed a maintenance request and they came right away.
