Dealing with in touch properties, has been the absolute worst experience. I've been living in this house for 6 years I dealt directly with the owner up until about 4 months ago when in touch properties took over. First I was supposed to be giving a 90-day notice if there was to be a rent increase more than 3%, the notice they gave me was less than 60. And it was more than 3%. I agree to that offer, and then 3 days before the lease was due they sent out a revision raising my rent $300 and they wanted a $1,000 non refundable pet deposit which I had already paid 6 years ago when I moved in. Company lacks communication, organization and transparency. I've been with this company for 10 years only because I'm military and didn't want to deal with changing management companies while overseas. First off, they don't care about you as a client. I've communicated with them plenty of times throughout the years, and they still get my very simple name wrong. My wife and I ask that they send us both email whenever there's an issue, but they insist on sending to one or the other. What really made me give InTouch a low rating is the fact that their Broker (Ms. Jester) is very unprofessional and incompetent of how to run her company and properly train her employees. I think it is fair to update my review. Originally the property manager could not provide me with a specific reason for my denial. But the broker Stephanie reached out to me (which is literally all I wanted) and gave me a clear cut reason as to my denial. Now that I understand I needed to be on my job for 2 years, I went ahead and applied for another place. I definitely didn’t want to keep applying for places without knowing why I was denied. Thank you so much Stephanie for the great customer service.

After traveling 6 hours out of state to view a home (scheduled for 06/02/18 9:45AM),we were ultimately told that the property was not available. My realtor informed me that it was extremely important to be on time, as this was a request from the property management company. Upon arriving, my realtor was not provided with the code in advance; however, she received a confirmation email that the appointment was scheduled. Needless to say, we waited for over 30 minutes for a response from the company, after placing countless calls to the office and other affiliated brokers. Around 10:30AM, we were informed by an InTouch broker, not assigned the property, that she received a message from Ms. Jester informing her that the property was under a pending application. By far, the BEST rental experience I have ever had. Brian and his team are incredible! Always responsive and very timely. They truly go out of their way to make sure that tenants, such as myself feel valued. Highly recommend!
