This whole rental agency is very unprofessional. I lived in one of their houses for a year. First off, my move in date got delayed which was their fault. They said they would pro rate the rent and just casually overcharged us for it like we wouldn't notice. When we finally moved in the place wasn't even cleaned, we had to spend at least an hour cleaning the bathtub and ended up finding a dead bird under the stove. When we got settled in we had a few things the landlord said he would take care of for us, and he never ended up doing them for the entire duration of our lease despite repeatedly telling us he would. He doesn't even give you his actual phone number to contact him, he calls you on restricted and the office is only open two hours a day. The neighbors said the last people who live

After a two year rental span I can say a few things, the landlord is reasonable if you pay your rent and he isn't out there to screw you out of your security deposit if you clean up after yourself. Keeps out of your business so long as you pay rent on time

I have been renting from This property management for almost 16 plus years i love my house they are very quick with any issues i have with the property i would recommended this management company to anyone who needs a great landlord so if your in the market 4 any rental properties NSR Is the Move (585)458-rent

Great company …great landlord….always keeps properties on point.

They do not answer the phone and takes a month to return calls. I went there several times at different days and times and office was always closed
